Questions people ask before they get in touch
How quickly will I hear back?
Within 2 business days, if you get in touch between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday. You will hear from Josh directly, not from a call centre or a ticketing system.
What do you need from me before you can quote?
For residential work, just an address and a rough idea of what you need. For commercial and industrial work, drawings or a scope if you have them, plus site access details and any induction requirements. If you do not have documentation, that is fine, we will scope it on site.
Do you offer emergency or after hours callouts?
No. We work standard business hours on planned work and scheduled project delivery. If your power is out tonight, we are not the right call and we would rather say so now than waste your time. If you keep having urgent electrical problems, that is usually a sign something needs properly assessing, and that is a conversation worth having.
Can you supply your licence and insurances for our prequalification?
Yes. Electrical Contractor Licence 1504460 and ABN 82 677 775 469. We carry both public liability and professional indemnity cover, and certificates of currency are available on request. Tell us what your procurement process needs and we will send it through rather than making you chase it.
How soon can you start?

What happens after I send an enquiry?
We call you to understand the job, then book a free site inspection at a time that suits. After the inspection you receive a fully scoped written quote with what is included and what is not. If the works go ahead we schedule them, and you get a certificate of compliance at the end.
Can I call instead of filling in the form?
Yes. 0413 070 411, 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Some people would rather explain a problem out loud than type it, and a two minute call often saves a round of emails. The form exists so you can send details outside those hours without losing them.
Do you work outside East Brisbane?
Yes, our residential work is concentrated across the East Brisbane suburbs and surrounds, because we are based at in Camp Hill and most of those clients are close. However, commercial, industrial and project work extends across the Greater Brisbane area, including multi-site portfolios well outside the eastern suburbs. Get in touch and we can plan a site visit.
Can I get several small jobs done in one visit?
Yes, and it is usually the cheaper way to do it. List everything in your enquiry, including the jobs you think are too minor to mention. We would rather scope the lot in one visit than have you pay a callout three times.
