Terms of Offer
These terms apply to every quotation, tender and offer issued by AMP’D Services Group, unless a separate signed contract or subcontract agreement says otherwise.
To accept our offer in its entirety, we ask that the following points be acknowledged.

| Scope of works | As per this tender letter. |
| Access | Our offer is based on unimpeded access to the worksite at all working times. |
| Tender validity | 30 days, then subject to confirmation. |
| Progress claims and payments | Monthly, or as per mutually agreed upon payment schedule. |
| Claims for unfixed materials held on site | Monthly, included in the progress claims. |
| Payment terms for all progress claims and invoices | 7 days from date of claim or invoice, unless otherwise agreed. |
| Title in goods | To remain with AMP’D Services Group until we have been paid for the goods. The purchaser acknowledges and authorises that entry will be given to AMP’D Services Group to recover any goods for which full payment has not been made. |
| Variations and dayworks mark ups | For all variations not subjected to submitted project schedule of rates, we will apply 15% on materials, and labour charges shall be as per current AMP’D Services Group Schedule of Rates. |
| Warranty and defects liability period | 12 months from practical completion. |
| Construction programme | To be mutually agreed. |
| Standard normal time working hours | Standard 5.0 day working week, hours 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. |
| Liability insurance | Limited to acts of negligence on AMP’D Services Group’s part, and only where physical damage has occurred. |
| Design | Design by others unless specifically stated. |
| Guarantee and warranty of equipment supplied by others | No warranty extended unless specifically stated. |
| Consequential loss | Not accepted. |
| Indemnities | We will only accept responsibility for our own actions. |
| Goods and Services Tax and other taxes | Not included. |
